We contract with Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans and most all commercial carriers. To qualify for home services, you have to meet Medicare's Home Bound Status.

We have been serving the needs of patients in the South Central Pennsylvania area, covering 10 counties, since August 2001. Good health is what keeps the body living. Health care should be convenient for the patient NOT just the doctors and hospitals. Our patients enjoy the convenience of personalized doctor visits right in their home or residence.

Today, you can call for a doctor from MD@HOME who will come to your home. Our doctors can become your primary care physician and provide a full range of medical care.
